Order Confirmation

  • Regular order: Orders and delivery dates/times are only confirmed once payment is received in full (via EMT).

  • For orders over $500, tables or events, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due 2 days before the order/event date.

Deliveries

  • Deliveries are typically between 10am-4pm. Please ensure someone will be home during those hours to receive the box.

  • The day before your scheduled delivery, we contact you and provide a 2 hour window for when your box will be delivered.

  • On delivery will knock on the door and place the box on the doorstep. If no one comes to the door, we leave on the doorstep, take a picture the box and notify you immediately.

  • If you are sending a box as a gift, please coordinate recipient availability prior to delivery date. Boxes are left on the doorstep (or suitable space) if recipient does not answer. Note, if the box is being delivered to an apartment building we are not able to leave boxes at the front desk.

  • If you do not want a box left on the doorstep please let us know in advance and we will bring the box back and it can be picked up from us that day or the following day.

Allergies

  • We try our best to accommodate most dietary requests/minor allergies.

  • Our products are NOT made in an allergen free environment and we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

  • Those with serious food allergies should not consume our products.

Changes

  • In the event that you need a change to your order or delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate, however changes to orders or delivery addresses may result in additional costs.

  • Changes to orders or delivery addresses cannot be made any later than 2 days before delivery/pick-up date.

Freshness & Ingredients

  • All boxes and platters are bespoke and orders won’t necessarily look exactly as seen on our website. All of our products contain what is listed within the description and match the vibrant and colourful Cheese & Chutney Co aesthetic.

  • Specific items in boxes are based on availability and season. If you would like a specific item in your box, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

  • For optimal freshness, boxes should be consumed once they're received and if not, need to be refrigerated and can be consumed up to a day after. Note: items like crackers and nuts in the boxes start to deteriorate after a day.
