How do I order?

Fill out our order form with all the details of what you’re looking for. We will contact you within 12 hours to provide you with an order total. Once payment is received via EMT, we will confirm your order and delivery/pick-up date. Please note: orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Please see our Terms & Conditions for details on the payment structure for larger orders/corporate orders and graze tables/event catering

How quickly can i get an order?

It’s best to provide as much notice as possible for an upcoming order. We typically require a minimum of 48 hours notice for an order, however, if you need an order soon, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate

pick-up and delivery information

Pick-up location is Yonge & Eglinton, Toronto.

Delivery is available for Toronto and select GTA areas:

Toronto | $12

GTA | $20*

Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and Markham (*Within 20km of Yonge/Eglinton is $20 with each additional km at $.50).

Extended GTA | custom

For areas 30km from Yonge & Eglinton, delivery starts at $30 but we will provide you with a final quote once we know the delivery address.

At this time we do not directly deliver to areas either 40km away from Yonge/Eglinton or the following places: Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville or Burlington. However, we are able to send those orders in an Uber and will charge the Uber delivery rate if desired.

*Exceptions to the above include orders over $500 and graze tables - where we do delivery and service the marjority of the GTA.

delivery policy

Please ensure someone will be home the day of delivery to receive your order. If you are sending a box as a gift, please coordinate recipient availability prior to delivery date. If no one answers the door, boxes are left on the doorstep - or suitable space unless otherwise arranged with us. Deliveries are typically between 10am-4pm. The day before your delivery, we will contact you and provide you with an approximate delivery window.

Allergies

We try our best to accommodate most dietary requests/minor allergies however our products are NOT made in an allergen free environment and we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Those with serious food allergies should not consume our products.
